Try This: Avocado Smoothie



If you are a fan of Avocado you will LOVE this!

Basic Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 cup milk
- 3 table spoons condensed milk (or honey, sugar, agave)
- 4 ice cubes

Place in the blender and enjoy!


Tip:

 To ripen avocados more quickly, place them in a sealed paper bag with an apple or a banana for 24 hours.

Add more milk or ice cubes if you find it too thick or rich in texture.

Suggestion:

Once the smoothie is in the glass, garnish with a sprinkle of matcha and mint leaves!
