Question Nutrition Protein Bars

`Quest Bars were and are intended for any and everyone. My goal was to develop a protein bar that could fit anyone's lifestyle. Diabetics who can't and shouldn't be eating sugar/carbs can eat Quest Bars daily, to the person who doesn't eat all day because "they just don't have time" can eat Quest Bars eaily on the go. I wanted the marathoner, the stay at home mom, the bodybuilder, the crossfit athlete, the everyday gym goer, the person who is to busy to stop to eat a real meal, and anyone else who needs protein in their diet. It's gluten free whether or not you need that... they are soy free, Quest Bars do not contain any maltodextrin, glucose syrups, tapioca syrups or brown rice syrups... They have 20-21 grams of protein per bar... they have high fiber from plant based sources... Quest bars contain fat only from nuts and nut butters.`- Shannan Yorton Penna, Creator of Quest Bars

Quest bars are high in protein and fiber and low in sugar. They do not use sugar, sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, or soy protein. Each bar only has 4-6 grams of carbohydrates and most bars are 170-200 calories per bar which is great for a snack!

The peanut butter & jelly bar is delicious! It has a chewy and firm texture. Microwaving these for 10-15 seconds make a nice treat as well. This bar has 210 calories, 20 grams of protein and 17 grams of fiber.
The ingredients include a protein blend of whey protein and milk protein, sea salt, lo han guo, sucralose, peanut butter, almonds, peanuts and water.

The apple pie bar is also delicious and is satisfying warmed up! It tastes more like a dessert than a protein bar. The peanut butter cups are also a tasty treat and better than other ones on the market.

Quest has a huge variety of bars all of which are amazing. If you want great flavor, high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrate protein bars, Quest is a great choice. Quest bars are go-to protein bars, and they are one of the few "true"protein bars out there. They are more nutritious and focused on having good ingredients, while at the same time tasting great! The protein / calorie ratio is high compared to most bars, and you are not getting as much junk with it. They also are filling and convenient for when you are on the go! We absolutely recommend Quest Nutrition Protein Bars.
