PB Fit

PB Fit is a powdered peanut butter product that has been extremely successful. This product is a de-fatted peanut butter in powder form that is really easy to use. All you have to do is mix it with water to make a peanut butter spread that is more than 75% less fat, and 1/3 of the calories of traditional peanut butter.

We really like this product ! It is close to the taste and texture of traditional peanut butter and is much healthier. Plus, because you are mixing the product yourself, you can control the consistency and texture based on your personal preference.
For a sandwich, you may want it thicker and use less water. For oatmeal, you may want it more watery.
PB fit has a nice balance: just a hint of sweetness and saltiness. It is also really easy to add to smoothies for added flavor and protein. The uses for PB fit are endless! You can also add it to ice cream, pancakes, and more without the extra calories of regular peanut butter.
This product also has a long shelf life, which makes it great for a snack when you haven't gone to the grocery, or even outdoor adventures. It's really easy to carry on camping trips and can be stored in plastic zip lock bags. Just add water to it and knead the bag until the peanut butter is your desired consistency. Then, cut a corner of the bag and squeeze the PB fit onto whatever food item you want it with.
In addition to the PB fit Peanut Butter Powder, this product also comes in another flavor : Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
We love the twist on the original peanut butter flavor! This also has made its way into our food pantries.

Better Body Foods has a really nice variety of recipes on their website that incorporates PB Fit into the dish.
One of our favorites is their Shrimp PB Fit Pad Thai.

We also found an article called 10 Amazing Peanut Facts that we didn't know. Did you know that Arachibutyrophobia is the fear of getting  peanut butter stuck to the roof of your mouth!?

We highly recommend these two products. We love them and think you will too!
